Richard Martin Phillips

Dick is responsible for operating our Revesby Repair Centre, his qualifications and experience are:

Qualifications
· Dick has been a licensed Panel Beater tradesman since 1980.

Experience
· Dick has been involved in the smash repair industry for over twenty years. The past thirteen years in a management role.
· He has facilitated the introduction of new repair techniques, products and equipment to when managing NRMA's repair centres. He has actively encouraged the repair industry to adopt these new initiatives.

Raymond Joseph Lauricella MIAME

Ray is responsible for the operation of our Campbelltown Repair Centre. his qualifications and experience are:

Qualifications
· Has been licensed as a Painter tradesman since 1979 and Panelbeater tradesman
since 1987.

Experience
· Ray has had twenty four years experience in the smash repair industry, sixteen years has been with this company. The past fifteen years have been in management positions.
· In addition to his smash repair industry experience Ray for three years successfully owned and operated a thirty six unit motel on the NSW south coast.

Paul Anthony Hegarty

Paul is responsible for operating our St Marys Repair Centre his qualifications and experience are:

Qualifications
· Has been a licensed Panel Beater tradesman since 1987.

Experience
· Paul has nearly twenty years experience in the smash repair industry, all with this company. The last thirteen years have been in repair centre management positions, in fact Paul moved into a management role within three years of having completed his apprenticeship.

Dennis James Lyons PNA

Dennis is responsible for the financial management and administrative functions of the company, his qualifications and experience are:

Qualifications
· Member of the National Institute of Accountants since 1980.
· Completed a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration at the University of Western Sydney, Macarthur Campus in 1999.
· He has been a Justice of the Peace since 1972.

Experience
· Over thirty year's administration and accounting experience encompassing both public and commercial accounting, of which thirteen years has been with this company.
· Dennis has had experience in the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems and in compliance with statutory body requirements.
