What are my rights concerning a choice of repairer?

You have the right to request a quotation from the repairer of your choice and all reputable insurers will respect this. We work with all of the major insurers


What is my guarantee of satisfaction?

MEDICAR is a subject to the standards set by all of the major industry associations and insurance companies. These and other consumer standards are there to protect you. However, your greatest assurance is our reputation - we have been in business for many years. Please see the "gallery" page for testimonials from satisfied customers

Do you specialise in any particular make or type of work?

We specialise in late-model vehicles right across all popular brands, This includes the best from Europe and Japan as well as Australian makers. If you required say, a complete restoration of a classic car, we would refer you to our associated specialists in such work.

You may fix panel damage, but what about mechanical work?


We employ skilled mechanics at all of our branches. These facilities are deployed whenever mechanical work is required as part of a repair operation. However, mechanical services are also available independent of smash repair work. For example, we do all of the routine (logbook) servicing for many customers.

If you provide vehicle serviciing, does this affect my new vehicle warranty?

Your warranty is not adversely affected - in fact we will follow your manufacturer's logbook service plan in all cases
